This course has been specifically designed to train operators, technicians and production personnel working in classified areas, helping them to understand in depth the fundamentals of aseptic behaviour, critical routines and how to deal with the exceptional situations that can arise in aseptic processes.
Objective
The course aims to ensure that participants not only know the established procedures, but also understand their logic, their importance and how to act correctly in situations not foreseen in the written procedures (SOPs) that they must carry out. This includes the proper management of incidents and interventions, media fills, transfer of materials between classified areas and other critical events.
Basic concepts are reinforced, and sensitive topics are especially studied, such as:
- Effective cleaning and disinfection
- Best practices during media fills
- Routine and non-routine interventions
- Material and personnel flows in sterile areas
- Behavior in the event of deviations and errors
Modality, duration and evaluation
- Standard duration: 1 day of approximately 4 hours, adaptable according to needs
- Methodology: Theory + practical exercises + simulations + final evaluation
- Modality: In-house or live online
- Materials: Course manual, real-world examples, assessment templates, and certificates of attendance
This course has been designed to align with current regulatory demands, improve compliance for your staff, and reduce operational risk in sterile areas. It can also be integrated as part of a broader staff qualification programme.
